Everything has its own time. Now I understand how important is my and . When you are at the work or with your family all day long, it’s difficult to find a spare time for any sporting events. But my sharp weight gain after quarantine (covid-19) made itself felt, I decided to start . Run a little, but consistently. At the moment, there are about 100 km of runs behind my feet, I admit it is not enough. But for a person who has not run at all, this is quite good. Of course, I do not think to stop running, I want to try to have a new habit of running every day, at least a couple of kilometers, but running. So here are some photos from my runs 🙂
